| Eibleis Fanning - Managing Director Eibleis has over 15 years of extensive experience in developing and managing long-term community-based natural resource survey, monitoring and conservation projects. Internationally renowned for her expertise in tropical ecosystems, she has developed and managed natural resource conservation projects in response to locally identified concerns throughout the world, from Borneo's rainforest to Madagascar's coral reefs. In 1989 Eibleis founded Frontier with the focus on identifying and facilitating community-based conservation and development initiatives, and acting as a facilitator between community groups and donor agencies. |

| Bobby Johal - Accounts Manager Bobby qualified in Accounting at Loughborough University. He managed the accounts of a petroleum import company, before joining Frontier in September 1998. He has since restructured the accounting system for the field and UK, bringing in some welcome efficiency. His ability to locate any item at unbeatable prices has become legendary within Frontier. |

| Elise Belle - Research and Development Manager Originally from a small provincial town in south-eastern France, Elise has travelled extensively and lived in several countries worldwide. After a PhD in bioinformatics at the University of Sussex and several years in academia carrying out human population genetics studies, she decided to engage herself into more applied scientific research. To this aim she took on the position of Expedition Leader for a British NGO based in Madagascar carrying out a variety of marine conservation projects. At Frontier, she now aims to combine her academic expertise with her practical experience leading conservation projects in developing countries, and hopefully make a valuable contribution towards the protection of some the world's most fascinating biodiversity!

| Neil Cook - Regional Manager - Asia and The Pacific Having spent his early years in Vanuatu, Neil returned to the UK and split his time between family in England and New Zealand. An unhealthy obsession with the ocean led to him gaining a BSc (Hons) in Marine Biology and an MSc in Tropical Coastal Management. Neil has travelled, volunteered, lived and conducted research in Costa Rica, Australia, Indonesia, New Zealand, Fiji and back in his beloved Vanuatu, before landing with a bump in Frontier HQ. |

| Sam Fox - Head of Operations After graduating from Sussex University with a philosophy degree, and wondering what on earth to do with it, Sam completed her TESOL qualification to teach English to speakers of other languages. Having previously discovered a passion for travel and community development when exploring Egypt she put her TESOL to good use as she embarked on a two and a half year adventure through the Far East, South East Asia and Australasia. After teaching English and traveling in Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand, tracking down the elusive Komodo Dragons in Indonesia, Climbing Mount Doom (Lord of the Rings), traversing the enormity of China, exploring Vietnam and Thailand and volunteering in a small village in Laos she has now returned to pass on her experience to other volunteers keen to discover the world, and teach it English!

| Ian Taylor - Sales and Marketing Manager Ian was born in the rolling hills of Shropshire. Upon finishing University he spent two years working in high powered IT sales - made some money and hung up the suit to focus back on animal conservation. Ian is a Graduate of Marine Biology and a PADI Dive Master with a strong interest in the evolution of animals. He completed his dissertation on "the association of reef fish and Acropora coral" in the Wakatobi marine national park (Indonesia). He also has a keen interest in wildlife conservation and field guiding (recently travelling to South Africa)and is now a qualified FGASA Level I & Level II Tracking guide. Ian joined Frontier in the Summer of 2008 and is now looking after the sales and marketing team. |

| Elisabeth Isitor - Travel Advisor Born and raised in Nairobi, otherwise known as the city in the sun, Kenya is home to Elisabeth. She has always been fascinated by the great outdoors, wildlife, people and culture hence after having enjoyed her share of "ugali, sukuma and flying ants" - yes that combination" she travelled around Europe and landed in the UK to undertake a BA (Hons) in International Tourism Management at the University of Brighton. A particular interest she has is in tourism strategies that are designed to alleviate poverty. She went on to complete her MA in Marketing Management and now enjoys promoting Frontiers projects and passing on the excitement of being pinched by the travelling bug or the occasional safari ant!
